Care and support
Launched is not the same as finished
Automations, integrations and software need watching. With care we monitor what runs, fix what breaks, keep it updated and use monthly time for the next improvement.

What it is
Someone is watching, and it is the team that built it
Systems change around your automations: an API is updated, a field is renamed, a password expires. Without anyone watching, the first sign is a customer asking where their reply is. Care means failures are noticed and fixed by people who already know how your setup works, and that small improvements keep arriving.
- Failures alert us, not your customers
- Updates and backups handled on a schedule
- Monthly time reserved for improvements you choose

What we deliver
What a care agreement covers
Monitoring
Workflow runs, integrations and uptime are watched, with alerts going to us when something fails.
Fixes
Faults in what we built are diagnosed and repaired, and you are told what happened and why.
Updates
Platforms, libraries and connectors kept current, tested before they reach the live system.
Hosting and backups
Hosting managed for the systems that need it, with regular backups and a tested way to restore.
Monthly improvements
Reserved time each month for the next item on your list: a new step, a report, a small feature.
Monthly summary
A short written note on what ran, what failed, what was fixed and what is planned next.

How it runs
A steady rhythm after launch
- 01
Set up
We agree what is covered, connect the monitoring and write down who is contacted for what.
- 02
Watch and fix
Runs and uptime are monitored. Failures are picked up and repaired without waiting for you to notice.
- 03
Improve
You keep a list of wishes; each month we work through the top of it in the reserved time.
- 04
Review
A monthly summary and a regular conversation about whether the agreement still fits what you need.
What we look after
- Automations
- n8n, Make, Zapier, Custom scripts
- Systems

- Infrastructure
- Hosting, Backups, Uptime monitoring, Error alerts
Care is designed for what we have built or set up. For systems built by others, we review them first and tell you what we can take on.
Do you need a care agreement?
A good fit when…
- The business depends on the automations or software running
- Nobody in-house has time to watch runs and apply updates
- You have a steady stream of small changes you want made
- You want one team that already knows the whole setup
Probably not for you when…
- You have your own technical team that will take it over
- The build is small and rarely used
- You need a staffed support desk around the clock
- You only want changes occasionally and prefer to ask each time
Questions about care and support
What exactly is covered?
Monitoring, fixing faults in what we built, updates, hosting and backups where we host, and an agreed amount of monthly time for improvements. The agreement lists the systems covered, so there is no doubt about what is in and out.
How quickly do you respond?
Response times are written into the agreement and depend on how critical the system is. We agree them with you before it starts and do not promise cover we cannot provide, such as nights and weekends, unless that is arranged explicitly.
What counts as a fix and what as an improvement?
A fix restores something that worked and stopped. An improvement changes what it does. Fixes are handled as they come up; improvements use the monthly time, in the order you set.
Can we stop the agreement?
Yes. It is a monthly agreement with a notice period stated in it. Everything runs in your accounts and is documented, so you can continue without us.
Do you look after systems you did not build?
Sometimes. We review them first, tell you what state they are in and what we can responsibly take on, and agree the cover from there.
Tell us what is running. We will tell you what needs watching.
The analysis is free, takes about an hour of your time, and ends with a written summary you keep.
