What it is
A CRM built around the pipeline
Pipedrive is organised around deals moving through stages, and around the next activity on each deal. That focus is why sales teams take to it quickly: the screen shows what to do today. It is the right choice when the main need is to see and move deals, and marketing and support live elsewhere or are not yet a priority.
- Pipelines and stages that follow your real sales steps
- An activity on every open deal, so nothing sits without a next step
- Email and calendar synced, so conversations appear on the deal
- Insights reports for the pipeline, activities and sources
Today’s activities
- Hotel lobby · follow up on the quoteCall
- Dental practice · send revised drawingMail
- School classrooms · site visitMeet
- Office renovation · prepare quoteTask
What we deliver
From a new account to a pipeline in daily use
Pipeline and fields
Stages, custom fields and required data agreed with the people who sell, with nothing added that nobody will fill in.
Data migration
Contacts, organisations, open deals and notes moved from spreadsheets or an old CRM, cleaned and de-duplicated.
Automations
Pipedrive Automations for follow-up tasks, stage changes and hand-overs, and n8n or Make where they are not enough.
Lead capture
Website forms and inbound email creating leads or deals automatically, with the source recorded.
Quotes and documents
Templates in Smart Docs filled from deal data, or a connection to the quoting tool you already use.
Reports and training
Insights dashboards for the questions you ask, and training on your own deals with a short written guide.
How a project runs
Configured, loaded, connected, used
- 01
Walk through recent deals
We follow a few won and lost deals from first contact to invoice and draw the stages from what happened.
- 02
Configure and review
Pipeline, fields, permissions and templates are set up and shown to the team before any data is imported.
- 03
Migrate and connect
Data is cleaned and imported, you check a sample, then email, forms and invoicing are connected.
- 04
Train and adjust
The team works on live deals. We change what turns out to be awkward during the first weeks.

Is Pipedrive the right CRM?
A good fit when…
- Sales is the main reason you want a CRM
- You want the team using it within weeks
- Deals follow a recognisable set of steps
- Marketing automation is handled elsewhere or can wait
Probably not for you when…
- You want marketing, sales and support in one platform
- Your process does not resemble a pipeline of deals
- The CRM must be part of software you already run
- You need complex, multi-level approval rules inside the CRM

Questions about Pipedrive
Pipedrive or HubSpot?
Pipedrive does one thing, the sales pipeline, and is quick to learn. HubSpot covers marketing, sales and service on one record, at the cost of more to set up and decide. If the question is “where are our deals”, Pipedrive is usually enough. If it is “what happened to this contact from first visit to support ticket”, HubSpot fits better.
Are you a Pipedrive partner?
No. We are an independent implementer and take no commission from any vendor. You hold the subscription directly, in your own account.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another CRM?
Yes. We export, clean and de-duplicate it, map the fields with you and import it. You check a sample before the full import, and the old data stays where it is until you are satisfied.
What can Pipedrive automate on its own?
Its built-in Automations create activities, move deals, send templated emails and update fields when something happens. For anything that involves another system, such as stock or invoicing, we connect it through the API with n8n or Make.
We already have Pipedrive and nobody uses it. Can you fix that?
Usually. We look at what is there, remove fields and stages nobody uses, automate the entry that people skip and retrain on live deals. A rebuild is rarely necessary.
Can Pipedrive issue invoices?
Invoices are better issued in your invoicing or accounting software. We connect the two, so a won deal creates the invoice draft there and the payment status comes back to the deal.
