Less manual work
We automate the work between your tools, put AI where it saves real time, and implement the CRM, ERP or custom software your team is missing.
We build with the tools you already know
What we do
Seven services, one team
Start with one. They are built to connect, so the second project is easier than the first.
Business automation
Workflows that move data between your tools so people stop copying it by hand.

Book the free analysisYour tools already hold the data. We make them work together.
Most lost time sits between systems: the enquiry that is retyped into the CRM, the order copied into the ERP, the invoice keyed into the books. We connect them, so the data is entered once and arrives everywhere it is needed.
- We start from the tools you have, not from a product we resell
- Every automation is documented and runs in your own accounts
- A person stays in the loop wherever a mistake would cost you
Built around the teams that do the work
Sales
Leads answered, pipeline current, quotes out the same day.

AI that works inside your systems, not beside them
An assistant is useful when it can read your documents, look things up in your CRM or ERP, and hand the result to a person to approve.
Grounded in your data
Answers come from your documents and systems, with the source shown, not from the model’s general knowledge.
Approval where it matters
Drafts, suggestions and extracted data go to a person first wherever a wrong answer would be expensive.
Clear data boundaries
We agree which data may leave your systems, and choose the models and hosting to match.
Start small.
Prove it. Then grow.

- Fixed-scope pilotOne build with a clear result, in daily use.
- Care and next stepsWe keep it running and improve it month by month.
We map the process before we propose anything
On a call, you walk us through how the work is done today. We write down every step, who does it and in which tool, and where it waits. You get that map back with a short recommendation.

What we would do first
Steps 1 and 2 are the same work done twice. Capture the enquiry once and create the contact and deal automatically; leave the quote with a person for now.
One pilot with a fixed scope and a clear result
We agree what the pilot does, what done means and what it costs before any work starts. Then we build it, test it with the people who will use it, and put it into daily use.
Pilot scope
Enquiry to CRM, automatically
Website and email enquiries are read, checked for duplicates and created as a contact and a deal, and the right salesperson is notified.
Done means
- Every enquiry appears in the CRM without retyping
- The owner is notified with the details
- Failures alert a person and nothing is lost
- The team has been shown how it works
We keep it running and build the next thing
Automations break when the systems around them change. With care we watch the runs, fix what fails and use a monthly block of hours for the next improvement on your list.

Sector stories
What a build looks like in your industry
Twelve sectors, from wholesale and manufacturing to clinics and construction, each told from first process to daily use.
How we work with you
A small team, so you talk to the people who build.
One process at a time
We would rather finish one thing that is used every day than start five.
You own it
Accounts, code and documentation are yours from day one.
A person in the loop
Automation does the routine; people decide where it matters.
Plain language
We explain what we build and why, without jargon, in English or Croatian.
Common questions
What is the free process analysis?
A call where you walk us through how a piece of work gets done today. We map the steps, point out where time is lost, and send you a short written summary of what we would automate or build first and why. You can take that summary anywhere.
Do we have to replace the tools we already use?
Usually not. Most of our work connects what you already have: email, spreadsheets, accounting, a webshop, a CRM. We suggest a new system only when the current one is the thing holding you back.
How do projects start?
Small. After the analysis we agree one fixed-scope pilot with a clear result, build it, and put it into daily use. You decide what comes next once you have seen it work.
How do you price the work?
Every project is quoted after the analysis, as a fixed scope with a fixed price, so you know the cost before anything is built. Ongoing care is a monthly agreement.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Workflows run in your accounts, code lives in your repository, and the documentation is written so another team could take it over.
What happens to our data when AI is involved?
We agree up front which data may leave your systems and which may not, choose models and hosting to match, and keep a person in the loop wherever a wrong answer would cost you.
Show us one process. We will show you what it could look like.
The analysis is free, takes about an hour of your time, and ends with a written summary you keep.
