Sales time spent on selling, not on data entry
We connect your enquiry channels, CRM and price list, so every lead is recorded, every quote starts from a draft and no follow-up depends on memory.

Where sales teams lose their day
Enquiries are retypedLeads from the form, email and phone are entered into the CRM by hand, when someone has time.
Quotes start from scratchEach quote is assembled from an old document, with prices looked up somewhere else.
Follow-ups rely on memoryQuotes with no reply go quiet because nobody is reminded to call.
The report is a weekly chorePipeline numbers are collected by asking each salesperson before the meeting.
Use cases
What we build for sales
Start with one. Each works on its own and connects to the next.
Every enquiry in the CRM, without retyping
Enquiries from forms, email and chat become contacts and deals in your CRM, with the right person notified.
Open use case Business automationCRM implementationQuotes drafted from your price list
A quote is drafted from the deal, your price list and current stock, and waits for a salesperson to approve it.
Open use case CRM implementationBusiness automationNo open quote left without a follow-up
The CRM reminds the owner, drafts the follow-up and shows which deals have gone quiet.
Open use case CRM implementationBusiness automationA sales report nobody has to build
Pipeline, won and lost deals and activity, delivered on a schedule straight from the CRM.
Open use caseFrom enquiry to deal
Every lead recorded once, with an owner
An enquiry is read, checked against existing contacts and created as a contact and a deal. The right salesperson is notified with the details, and nothing waits in a shared inbox.
- Website forms, email and other channels in one intake
- Duplicates caught before they are created
- A person is alerted if any step fails, so no enquiry is lost

Quotes and follow-ups
A draft to check, and a reminder when it goes quiet
Quote drafts are filled from your price list and stock. The salesperson reviews and sends; the CRM creates the follow-up task if no reply comes.
- Prices from one source
- A person approves every quote before it is sent
- Follow-up tasks created automatically

Questions from sales teams
We already have a CRM. Do we need to change it?
Usually not. If the team uses it and it has an API, we connect to it. We suggest moving only when the current system cannot do what you need.
Will the system send quotes on its own?
No, unless you decide otherwise for a specific simple case. By default it prepares the draft and a salesperson reviews and sends it.
Our team does not like entering data. Will this help?
That is the point of most of this work. Emails, meetings and new enquiries are logged automatically, so the CRM fills up as a side effect of selling.
What do you need from us to start?
An hour to walk us through how a lead becomes a deal today, access to the tools involved, and one person who can answer questions during the pilot.
Show us one process. We will show you what it could look like.
The analysis is free, takes about an hour of your time, and ends with a written summary you keep.
