A sales report nobody has to build
The weekly sales report is usually a spreadsheet somebody fills in on Friday from the CRM and a few messages. We build the report from the CRM itself and send it where the team already reads.

- New enquiries24+6
- Quotes sent11+2
- Deals without next step7+3

How you know you have this problem
Somebody spends Friday afternoon assembling the sales report
Two people report different numbers for the same week
The pipeline value is a guess because stages mean different things to different people
Reports arrive after the meeting they were needed for
What we build
How it works once it is running
- 01
Agree the numbers
We decide with you which few figures matter and exactly how each one is counted, so the report means the same thing to everybody.
- 02
Clean the source
Stages, required fields and lost reasons are tidied in the CRM so the report can be trusted.
- 03
Build the report
Dashboards are set up in the CRM, and a scheduled workflow assembles the summary from the same data.
- 04
Deliver it
The summary arrives by email or in chat before the sales meeting, with links back to the deals behind each number.
What you get
- A written definition of each figure in the report
- CRM dashboards for the team and for management
- A scheduled summary by email or chat
- Links from every number to the underlying deals
What we need from you
Access to the CRM
The report you use today, however it is made
Agreement on the definitions from whoever reads the report
Questions about this use case
Can the report include data that is not in the CRM?
Yes, if it lives somewhere we can read, such as invoiced revenue from the ERP. We keep the first version to CRM data and add other sources once the base is trusted.
Do we need a separate reporting tool?
Usually not. The CRM’s own dashboards cover most needs. A separate tool is worth it when you combine several systems.
What if our CRM data is messy?
Then the report will show that, which is useful in itself. We fix what can be fixed in the setup and tell you plainly which numbers are not yet reliable.
