Quotes drafted from your price list
Writing a quote means opening the price list, checking stock, copying customer details into a template and exporting a PDF. We assemble the draft from data you already have, so the salesperson checks and sends instead of typing.

What we build
How it works once it is running
- 01
Start from the deal
When a deal reaches the quote stage, the workflow takes the customer and the requested items from the CRM.
- 02
Look up prices and stock
Prices, customer terms and availability are read from your ERP or price list, not from a copy somebody saved last month.
- 03
Draft the document
The quote is filled into your template with your numbering and terms. Anything missing or unusual is flagged on the draft.
- 04
Approve and send
The salesperson reviews the draft, adjusts it if needed and sends it. The sent quote is saved on the deal with its expiry date.
What you get
- Quote drafts in your own template and numbering
- Prices and stock read from the source at the moment of drafting
- Flags for missing data or terms outside your rules
- Every sent quote stored on the deal

Questions about this use case
Are quotes sent to customers automatically?
No. A quote is a commitment, so a salesperson approves every one. If you later want simple repeat orders to go out without review, that is a rule we can add once the drafts have proved themselves.
Our price list is a spreadsheet. Is that a problem?
No. A well-kept spreadsheet works as a source. We agree where the one current version lives and read from there.
Can it handle custom products that are not on the price list?
The draft leaves those lines open and flags them, so the salesperson fills in what cannot be looked up. The rest of the quote is still prepared.
