One stock figure in every system
When the webshop, the ERP and the warehouse spreadsheet each hold their own stock figure, one of them is wrong. We make one system the source and keep the others in step with it.

How you know you have this problem
The shop sells items the warehouse does not have
Stock is corrected by hand in several places after every delivery
Stock counts never match the system
Reordering happens when a shelf is found empty
What we build
How it works once it is running
- 01
Pick the source
We agree which system holds the true stock figure, usually the ERP, and what each other system needs from it.
- 02
Match the items
Product codes are aligned across systems. Items that cannot be matched are listed for you to resolve.
- 03
Sync the movements
Sales, receipts and corrections update the source, and the new level is sent to the shop and other channels.
- 04
Watch the limits
Low stock triggers a reorder suggestion for the purchaser, who decides whether and how much to order.
What you get
- One stock figure, shown the same everywhere
- A matched product list across systems
- Reorder suggestions based on your limits
- A report of differences when systems disagree
What we need from you
Access to the ERP or stock system and the sales channels
Your product list with codes
A current stock count to start from

Questions about this use case
How quickly do stock changes appear in the shop?
With direct connections, within moments of the change. Where a system only allows scheduled exports it is slower, and we set a safety margin so the last item is not sold twice.
Our product codes differ between systems. Is that a blocker?
No, but it is the first job. We build a matching table and you resolve the items that cannot be matched automatically.
Does this replace stock counts?
No. Counting still finds breakage and mistakes. What changes is that the count is compared with one figure, and corrections are entered once.

Orders that reach the warehouse on their own
An order placed in the shop or by email appears in the ERP, on the pick list and with the courier, entered once.
